The staff was wonderfully attentive, especially jane at reception, who assisted me with a late checkout. I appreciated that gesture. the variety of eateries and shops nearby proved convenient for meals and quick purchases. the hotel's themed decor was quite excellent, a unique touch that added to the overall ambiance.
the pillows were unusually soft. this resulted in some discomfort during the night.

the rooftop pool provides a refreshing escape; i noted a depth of 1.1 meters, suitable for swimming, and it's easily accessible! the gym has three treadmills; i also spotted two stationary bikes, which allowed for a good workout.

amr ensured the check-in process was smooth and efficient. he handled all the arrangements with speed and precision. the overall cleanliness was well-maintained.

the hotel provided direct access to a shopping center.
the room was small. the air conditioning system didnt work properly, its either too hot or too cold. also, the mini-bar had nothing inside, just empty shelves and a light that did not work.
